From Engineer to Strategist
I am a product engineer, and I believe technology is the best way to help people. But my love towards engineering didn’t start with coding, it started with core value.

I grew up in Amritsar, where the culture of selfless service is just a way of life. From volunteering at a Mother Teresa orphanage with my parents as a kid, to doing hands-on building in rural India as a teenager with the NSS, the focus was always on helping others.
My career started on a standard path: get an engineering degree, then an MBA. But joining Google changed my perspective. I realized I could help people on a massive scale with technology. I spent the next 13 years building Google Ads as Engineering Director. I worked on major launches like AdWords Next and Performance Max, and earned my Harvard MBA along the way.
A few years ago, a friend asked for help after wasting $20,000 on a broken ad setup. I expected an easy fix. Instead, I spent 26 hours battling customer support and policy issues. I was wrestling with the exact systems I had helped build. It was a wake-up call. Big Tech platforms are built for large enterprises. Mid-sized businesses are left to fend for themselves.
That is why I started SproutMe. I wanted to level the playing field. We act as a real partner for growing businesses, using our insider knowledge to help you navigate the systems and actually succeed.
